The African batik prints, head wraps, silhouettes and colour swings got me gazing for days at Stella Jeans S/S 2012 collection a few days ago. What rawness! I fell in love with the jewellery pieces that added a contemptuous mood and the fusing of femininity with men's shirts. This Italian designer took me home in a modern way, injecting fun into our rich African culture.
