The Alternative Limb Project has partnered with ProActive Prosthetics to create a vibrant line of prosthetics that allow amputee patients to wear their prosthetics as fashionable limbs rather than the common ones that often appear too industrial and manufactured. From sparkling diamantes to henna tattoo arms to floral leg limbs, The Alternative Limb Project aims to help their clients over come insecurity and get noticed for more than just their absent body parts. The alternative limbs bring out unique personality that helps strangers view them as more than disabled.
