I have been working on a logo and a few business cards for a client who happens to be a friend from vintage years ago. We found ourselves succinctly talking about strategy and pouring over new aesthetic ideas for his brand over the phone before he handed me the task to design. Before I commence with the design process, it’s important for me to unveil the purpose behind each and every project, no matter how big or small. For me, there is no clear division between my office and home as I work from Russel's place, so after settling down to a routine day, consisting of coffee cups and Adobe suit C.A.Ds, I finally gathered some inspiration and got busy with the work. I cannot wait to show him his new logo. It is a tad bit edgy but still clean and simple.
