Besides looking to loose 2 dress sizes- as my weight is always fluctuating due to my on and off exercise routines- I am also just keen to get my fitness back on track seeing as one is not getting any younger. I have been looking to do boxing and re-join yoga - though I am still looking for a place around Durban that offers it.
The festive season clearly hasn't been kind to my thighs nor considerate towards my arms so, I will be on a strict detox and health boot camp for five weeks with absolutely no cheats, recording it weekly on my blog so to help me stick to the track. I am not in the market to loose a lot of weight but detoxing and exercising to regain my healthy body mass. Some people eat to live, others live to eat and I’m definitely routing to be one of the latter and feel like my body could do with a good cleanse through making better choices.
