Who's Wedding Is It Anyway?!

My partner is Buddhist and I am Christian - What kind of a wedding does a couple like that opt for? If they even choose to marry at all.

With every area of life adhering to change, fashion thrives on it. The question of the Wedding "dress" is the exciting part of the whole process for many brides, friends and relatives. These days with everything heading towards the minimal, it seems the wedding "dress" is also something that celebrates the brides personality/character more than the expected cliché gown that everyone is "forced" to shows up in. Vogue explored the different garments that -individual- brides choose to show-off at their weddings, trends that ooze with personal taste and nothing close to the norm. It's no longer about the dress, but also the suit, the jumper or the shorts (or whatever) she prefers to walk down the isle in.

Though many of us would love to cut out the unnecessary glitter on our big day, truth is, such freedom realities weighed against the families we have can be a tricky doing. Ya'll know that your mother is not about to be embarrassed by you and that crazy cheap suit you want on what may as well be her wedding day! Let's rather not talk about how your mother-in-law (to be) looks at you reaching out for it.
