Durban Fashion Fair @ Fashion by the Sea

Press statement from the Fashion by the sea organisers

The Durban Fashion Fair (DFF) at Fashion by the Sea on the Pier at uShaka Marine World was unable to take place on Friday, May 17^th, due to the heavy rain and bad weather conditions. The event however is being rescheduled to take place on a date yet to be announced.

The DFF will host another event as a build up to the standalone event Durban Fashion Fair which is due to take place from August 22 – 25 at the Durban Exhibition Centre. The event in August will showcase garments by the young designers who have returned from internships in Milan as well as ranges by established well known designers.

 

Applications have also been opened for companies and designers producing handbags, shoes, jewellery and other accessories to participate in a fashion exhibition that will accompany the DFF. Tickets to the exciting fashion shows at DFF will go on sale through Computicket from August 1.
