Simple & Clean - Shirley B

While my excitement is still fresh for spring and summer, I thought I would share with you that I am embarking on a new wardrobe journey. I decided on retailers and boutiques that will give me a good quality range to choose from and offer the kind of simple, clean silhouettes and styles that are my newly found penchant. Looking back at outfit photos from the past year, I can say that I really discovered what I am sticking to this year, what I like and what I feel good in is quiet simple and clean with minimal yet bold accessories.

I've been purchasing neutrals and black ensembles in abundance, Mr Price rings that have lost colour in less than two days and clothing that trends out of season as fast as it did stepping in trend!  So now that spring is here, I really wanted to add some timeless colour and classic prints to my wardrobe collection, with better accessories, leather bags and ofcourse a small 50ml Chanel summery note. I try not to keep a lot of clothes (especially garments that I no longer make use of) so the old must somehow make room for the new items.

I'm just impatiently waiting to purchase those staple pieces to add to my currently reduced closet.  I am planning to make a trip to gateway stores in advance so to get a good idea of what I will be purchasing and where. I will post the images of my new collection as soon as I have hit shops.
