Intern Opportunity

One of my most advocated bloggers and stylish South African women, Jenna McAuthur is seeking an intern to work for her Public Relations company. This is  evidently a great opportunity for anyone who loves media and working with people! The hours are: three times per week from 9am – 1pm, which is not hectic at all for work hours. 

I jumped for joy when I came across this post on her blog and later realised my commitments where way over my head for me to take this opportunity on this year as we are at the seams of 2013. Sigh. I would however love for you to apply if you feel you are that sense of humoured hard working person who is looking for a career in PR. Here below are the requirements: 
 

 - Available to start immediately and able to work three mornings per week.
- Professional in the way you communicate and interact with clients, press and co-workers whatever the situation and whatever the deadline pressure.
- Studying toward a degree/diploma in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Business or Marketing (This is a plus but not essential.)
- Has PR experience
- Has strong social media and digital skills
- Able to work to deadlines and multitask efficiently.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Is extremely organized, and
- Has a laptop/computer.
